These heavy-duty Hydraulic Rocker Arm Packages feature thicker, cross-sectional material in pushrod socket area provides added durability, similar to the OE 440 Six Pack style. Complete package includes 16 heavy-duty hydraulic rocker arms, rocker shaft retainers and hold-down bolts. Individual service rocker arms are also available.  Notes: Not legal for sale on pollution-controlled vehicles or vehicles registered for highway use. For B/RB, the left socket is approximately 1/16" to the right, and the right socket is approximately 1/16" to the left. High-Ratio rockers may require grinding.
